Angela McClelland 

Angela McClelland, MBA, HRM, is an operations and HR strategist with nearly 20 years of leadership experience in HR, federal contracts, operations, and workforce optimization. She began her career as a U.S. Army Combat Medic and Operations Manager, developing the resilience and leadership that fuel her approach today.


She has worked as a Professional Staffing Recruiter, Federal Contract Manager, and operations leader in new-construction environments, specializing in safety, compliance, and workforce development. She is OSHA 30 certified and experienced in building effective safety programs.


Angela has partnered with federal agencies including DoD, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, DCSA, DeCA, and the FBI, successfully navigating complex requirements while building high-performing teams.


Passionate about inclusion, she advocates for individuals with disabilities and applies a people-centered, mission-aligned approach at Keystone Strategy Partners to strengthen operations, compliance, and organizational performance.


Outside work, she enjoys community literacy efforts, sports, and travel.

Teresa Lewis

Teresa Lewis brings 25+ years of HR Business Partner expertise, helping mid-sized companies build people-driven, compliant, and scalable operations. Her experience spans technology, OEM suppliers, government, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 customer service environments.


Based in the Southeast, she blends regional business insight with a global mindset, specializing in aligning teams, designing HR-powered systems, and coaching leaders through clarity and emotional intelligence.
