Bio

Angela McClelland, MBA, HRM, is a proven leader with nearly two decades of experience in

operations, HR strategy, and federal contract management. She began her career as a U.S.

Army Combat Medic and Operations Manager, serving nine years and developing the

resilience, discipline, and leadership she brings to every project.

Her professional background includes roles as a Professional Staffing Recruiter, Federal

Contract Manager, and leader in new construction and operations management. Angela

specializes in safety, compliance, and workforce development, with expertise in optimizing

workforce performance, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and reducing risk. She is

also OSHA 30 certified and has experience developing comprehensive safety programs and

guidelines for organizations.

She has successfully partnered with government customers including the Department of

Defense (DoD), Department of the Air Force, Department of the Army, Defense

Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA),

and the FBI. Her ability to navigate complex federal requirements while building strong,

effective teams sets her apart.

Passionate about inclusion, Angela has also dedicated much of her work to supporting and

advocating for people with disabilities, blending her professional expertise with her personal

commitment to creating opportunities. At Keystone Strategy Partners, she leverages her

diverse background to help businesses streamline operations, strengthen compliance,

optimize workforce effectiveness, and reduce organizational risk—driving long-term growth

and resilience.

Outside of her professional work, Angela enjoys giving back to her community through her

Little Free Library, where she shares her love of reading and encourages literacy for all ages.

She is also an avid sports fan who enjoys attending games and sporting events, and she takes

every opportunity to travel, experiencing new places and cultures that broaden her perspective

and fuel her passion for connection.
